“DAYS OF SUMMER” CONTEST
July 1 to 31, 2024

Each day between July 1, 2024 and July 31, 2024, the “Days of Summer” contest from Atlantic Lottery Corporation (ALC) will have an offer in the form of a promotion or a contest. To be eligible, participants must have a valid alc.ca account and will be required to log into their alc.ca account each day to be able to discover the promotion or contest of the day. Participants must click or tap the daily animated icon to activate the offer. A green checkmark will indicate the offer has been activated.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

  1. Players can go to https://2chance.alc.ca/default.aspx?p=c_2ch2408_home to discover the offer of the day. A day is considered to be from 12:00:00 a.m. to 23:59:59 p.m. (AT) except for Retail offers. Once a Retail offer is scratched off, the offer will extend to the end of the next business day to allow players time to purchase their tickets and enter them into the contest. For example, a player scratches off Friday, July 7 at 11:00 p.m., the player will have until Saturday, July 8 at 11:59 p.m. (AT) to enter their Retail tickets for the July 7 offer. Players will only be able to reveal the present day offer and will not be eligible for past non-scratched days.
  2. To be eligible, players must log into their account and click or tap the animated icon to reveal the offer. Players will not receive the offer if the icon is not activated and showing a green checkmark. There will only be one animated icon per day. Only the animated icon can be activated.
  3. This contest is open to residents of New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island; who are nineteen (19) years of age or older; and reside in Atlantic Canada, with the exception of employees of Atlantic Lottery and the Agency of Record Revolve or any immediate family member of the aforementioned. ‘Immediate Family’ means the spouse, sibling, parent and/or child of an employee referred to above who resides with that employee.
  4. *Residents of Prince Edward Island are not eligible to participate in the Casino portion of contests. Another form of entry will be available for Prince Edward Island residents to enter.

HEALTHY PLAY BONUS PRIZE DRAW

Set a Wager Limit or Session Time Limit for a chance to win a BBQ.

Contest Period: The contest begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Atlantic Standard Time (AT) on July 1, 2024, and closes at 11:59:59 p.m. AT on July 31, 2024.

To enter this contest:

    2. Between 12:00:00 a.m. AT on July 8 and 11:59:59 p.m. AT on July 31, 2024, update a Session Time Limit and receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw for a chance to win.
  3. All participants who set a Wager Limit or a Session Time Limit during the contest period are eligible to win.
  4. Participants can earn up to ten (10) entries between July 1 – 7, 2024, or up to two (2) entries between July 8 – 31, 2024. Participants need to complete both actions (update Wager Limit and update Session Time Limit) to receive maximum entries.
  5. Contest entries will not appear in players’ 2Chance account history until August 5, 2024.

Promotion Eligibility:

  1. The contest is sponsored by Atlantic Lottery Corporation and is open to residents of New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island, who are nineteen (19) years of age or older and reside in Atlantic Canada at the time of entry and draw with the following exceptions: Current employees of Atlantic Lottery Corporation (including Red Shores Racetrack & Casino), or of any promotional agency involved with this promotion, and any Immediate Family members of any of these employees, which employees and their Immediate Family members shall be ineligible to participate in and/or claim any reimbursable prize for this contest.
    1. “Immediate Family” means the spouse, sibling, parent and/or child of an employee referred to above who resides with that employee.
  2. Participants must have the limit(s) set at 11:59:59 PM on July 31, 2024 to qualify for the draw.
  3. Contestants must have a valid alc.ca account.
  4. ALC, in its complete discretion, may disqualify an alc.ca member from participation in this contest and/or may refuse to award a prize under this contest to the participant if that participant’s membership on alc.ca is, or at any point throughout the Contest Period has been, suspended.
  5. Any individual who has falsified their registration information will be ineligible to receive any prize upon winning.

Draws and Prizes:

  1. The odds of winning a prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
  2. Draw date: August 8, 2024 (or as soon as possible thereafter). All draws adhere to the draw procedures established for the draw by Atlantic Lottery.
  3. An Atlantic Lottery representative will contact the potential winner via phone or email. Atlantic Lottery Corporation (ALC) will attempt to contact the potential winner within one (1) business day after the draw (or as soon as possible thereafter).
  4. If ALC is not able to contact the potential winner within seven (7) days after the initial attempt, ALC shall have the right to disqualify the potential winner and draw an alternate winner for the same prize. ALC shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard.
  5. Government issued photo identification must be provided for proof of identification and age. If the winner is under the age of 19 they will be disqualified and an alternate winner for the same prize will be drawn.
  6. Total monetary prize value is approximately: $1,579.99 plus HST.
  7. This prize is exchangeable for cash value of $1,500.
  8. A Player can only win one (1) prize.
  9. The prize is non-transferable.
