for Atlantic Lottery Corporation's (ALC)
“DAYS OF SUMMER” CONTEST
July 1 to 31, 2023

Each day between July 1, 2023 and July 31, 2023, the “Days of Summer” contest from Atlantic Lottery Corporation (ALC) will have an offer in the form of a promotion or a contest. To be eligible, participants must have a valid alc.ca account and will be required to log into their alc.ca account each day to be able to discover the promotion or contest of the day. Participants must click or tap the daily animated icon to activate the offer. A green checkmark will indicate the offer has been activated.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

  1. Participants can go to https://2chance.alc.ca/default.aspx?p=c_2ch2308_home to discover the offer of the day. A day is considered to be from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 (AT)..
  2. To be eligible, participants must log into their account and click or tap the animated icon to reveal the offer. Participants will not receive the offer if the icon is not activated and showing a green checkmark. There will only be one animated icon per day. Only the animated icon can be activated. Participants do not need to make a purchase to click or tap the animated icon to reveal the offer. Participants may need to make a purchase to take advantage of promotional offers revealed in the calendar. Participants who win an alc.ca Promo Cash Code will have their code displayed along with the expiry date and it will also be stored on the participants 2Chance History page.
  3. This contest is open to residents of New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island; who are nineteen (19) years of age or older; and reside in Atlantic Canada, with the exception of employees of ALC and the Agency(ies) of Record who collaborated on this contest, or any immediate family member of the aforementioned organizations. 'Immediate Family' means the spouse, sibling, parent and/or child of an employee referred to above who resides with that employee.
  4. Each daily offer is available for that day only from 12:00am to 11:59pm AT except for Retail offers. Once a Retail offer is scratched off, the offer will extend to the end of the next business day to allow players time to purchase their tickets and enter them into the contest. For example, a player scratches off Friday July 7th at 11:00pm, the player will have until Saturday July 8th at 11:59pm AT to enter their Retail tickets for the July 7th offer. Players will only be able to reveal the present day offer and will not be eligible for past non scratched days.
  5. *Casino games are not available to residents of Prince Edward Island.

Promotion period: The promotion period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Atlantic Standard Time (AT) on July 2, 2023 and expires at 11:59:59 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time (AT) on July 2, 2023.

The first 12,000 alc.ca participants who activate the “flip flops” animated icon will receive a $3 alc.ca promo code. The code will appear on pop-up after activating the “flip flops” icon. The code can be accessible by returning to the calendar later or can be found in the player's 2Chance account history.

CONTEST ELIGIBILITY

This calendar of offers is sponsored by Atlantic Lottery Corporation (ALC) and is open to residents of New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island; who are nineteen (19) years of age or older; and reside in Atlantic Canada, with the exception of employees of ALC , and the Agency(ies) of Record who collaborated on this contest, or any immediate family of the aforementioned. DELIVERY OF PRIZES FOR THE CONTESTS

ALC will attempt to contact the potential winner within one (1) business day after the draw (or as soon as possible thereafter). If ALC is not able to contact the potential winner after seven (7) days after initial attempt, ALC shall have the right to disqualify the potential winner, the entry drawn immediately after the disqualified entry for the prize will be eligible to win the prize that otherwise would have been awarded for the previously selected entry.

Winners will be notified by phone or email.
