I forgot my sign in information. Now what?
No problem. You can reset your password by going to the Forgot Password page.
Why can't I sign in? The site is not recognizing my information.
Make sure you are using the email and password associated with your Player Account. If that is still not working, you may have entered your sign in information incorrectly. Check that you haven't made any typos and your Caps Lock is off. Also, make sure you haven't entered any spaces. If you continue to have an issue, reset your password now.
Can you send me my password?
Click the 'Forgot Password' link on the Sign In page and enter the email address for your account. We will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
What if I need to change my phone number or other account information?
When you are signed in to your account, click on 'My Account' and from the drop-down menu click 'My Profile' to review and update your profile information, then hit 'Update'.

How do I enter 2Chance draws?
The 2Chance contest is open to Atlantic Canadian residents 19 years of age or older who have an active and verified account. Sign in or create an Player Account at and enter/scan your eligible 2Chance tickets to earn contest entries (online purchases are automatically entered into your contest account within 24 hours). Visit the Eligible Tickets page and click on the game boxes to see how many contest entries you earn per dollars spent. Please see the Rules and Regulations for further information.
How do I know if my ticket is eligible for a Contest?
Please check the Rules and Regulations for the latest list of eligible tickets/games. Please note that eligible tickets or online games at can be added/changed throughout the contest. All eligible Scratch ’N Win tickets can be located on under Our Games.
How many entries do I earn for each ticket/game I enter into 2Chance?
There are different earn rates for the variety of tickets and games eligible for 2Chance. Those earn rates are as follows:

Eligible Scratch ’N Win tickets, draw tickets, PRO•LINE tickets & iBingo tickets: Every $1 spent = 1 entry

Eligible Instant Wins games on – Every $3 spent = 1 entry

Eligible Casino games: Every $10 spent = 1 entry
How many tickets can I enter a day?
There is no ticket limit, but you are only able to enter 299 tickets per session.
How do I enter tickets using the Atlantic Lottery Mobile App?
Sign in to your Atlantic Lottery Mobile App and tap on Ticket Checker to turn the scanner on. Then place the ticket barcode inside the view finder to scan your tickets. Your scanned tickets will automatically be entered into the contest.
How do I enter tickets using the mobile web scanner?
Visit the 2Chance website on your mobile device, go to the Enter Tickets page and tap the ‘Scan Barcode’ icon. You will be asked if you allow 2Chance access to your camera; if you select ‘Allow’, simply place the ticket barcode within the camera’s range to scan your tickets. Your scanned tickets will be automatically entered into the contest.

Where is my VAL. # and ticket barcode on Scratch 'N Win tickets?
The placement of the codes varies from ticket to ticket but the 21-digit code will typically be found on the bottom of the ticket and the 4-digit VAL. # will always be found under the scratched play area on the ticket.
Where is my code on draw and PRO•LINE tickets?
The 25-digit alpha-numeric code will be printed on the bottom of your draw and PRO•LINE tickets under the 2Chance logo.
How do I earn entries from my account?
Entries from eligible online purchases made on will be automatically entered in your 2Chance account within 24 hours of the purchase time.
When do 2Chance prize periods begin and end?
All prize waves start on the first day of the month at 12:00:00 am AT and end on the last day of the month at 11:59:59 pm AT. See Rules and Regulations for additional details.
What is a ticket bonus?
At any time, a specific eligible ticket or tickets may be in bonus mode. The dollar value of the eligible ticket will be multiplied when entered in 2Chance. Check the Promotions page regularly and sign up for emails to see if there are any tickets in bonus mode!

How do I earn entries into the monthly draws?
Eligible winning and non-winning Scratch 'N Win tickets, draw tickets, PRO•LINE tickets and purchases made on will earn entries into the monthly draws. Visit the Eligible Tickets page and click on the game boxes to see how many contest entries you earn per dollars spent. See the Rules and Regulations for details on the value and schedule of draws, and eligibility of each month’s draw.
Can I move my prize draw entries?
Yes, you can move your prize draw entries anytime until the end of the monthly contest window, on the last day of the month at 11:59:59 pm AT.
How do I move my prize draw entries?
Visit the Prizes page to view the number of entries you have submitted into each prize draw. Add the number of entries you want to remove and click ‘Remove’. The entries will go back to Unassigned entries, then you can add the entries to another prize of your choice.
How does the auto-assign feature work for the monthly prize draws?
You can auto-assign entries to any one of the three prize draws, and all future entries accumulated throughout the remainder of the month will automatically be entered into your selected prize draw. You can turn off the auto-assign feature anytime during the month.

Entries already submitted into another prize draw before you select auto-assign will remain in that draw; if you wish to move those entries, you must click ‘Remove’ from one prize and then ‘Add’ to another prize.

You will need to re-set the auto-assign feature for each monthly prize draw period.
What happens to my contest entries if they are not allocated to a prize?
Contest entries not entered into a draw by the end of the month will carry over to the following month, up until the final draw. Please note that all contest entries must be entered into a prize draw before the 2Chance contest period closes on March 31, 2021. Unassigned entries will expire at that time.
What kind of prizes can I win?

Do I need to keep my tickets to show when I claim a prize?
Participants are not required to show tickets in order to claim or redeem contest prizes. Winners will be required to follow the winner's process whereby proof of residency and identification will be required, and must match the contest registration information.
How and when will winners be contacted?
2Chance potential winners will be contacted by telephone or email within one week of the current draw, or as soon as possible thereafter. The winners are required to complete prize documentation and provide proof of identity (age and province of residence) before they are determined to be eligible. All winners must return any documentation, emails or calls within a specific time period to remain eligible to win a prize. For full details, check the Rules and Regulations.
