“MONOPOLY” PROMOTION

PROMOTION PERIOD

The “Monopoly” PROMOTION begins May 13, 2024 at 09:00:00 Atlantic time and ends June 9, 2024 at 23:59:59 Atlantic time. The promotion is intended for residents of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward Island who are 19 years of age or older. Game Plays (Dice Rolls) can be used until June 10, 2024 at 11:59 PM AT.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

There are two (2) components to “Monopoly”: (1) the Monopoly game, and (2) a healthy play tool adoption bonus draw for one (1) YETI prize pack to be drawn at the end of the promotion. All components of the promotion are subject to these Official Contest Rules and the Terms & Conditions of the contest.

Participants must have a valid alc.ca account and reside in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, or Prince Edward Island.

Each player who participates in the Monopoly promotion will start out with one FREE Game Play (Dice Roll). Players can tap or click on the Play Now button to activate the game board at which point a random game piece will be highlighted under a prize. Players can earn game plays and grand prize entries by playing one of any of the eligible Monopoly Games (Monopoly Lunar New Year, Monopoly Electric Wins, Monopoly Mega Movers, Monopoly Money Grab, Monopoly Multiplier, Monopoly Jackpot Station, and/or the Monopoly Scratch Ticket). Players can earn Game Plays – “Dice Rolls” – based on the current 2Chance earn rates. Note Casino is not available for Prince Edward Island.

QUALIFYING GAMES

Players can earn a maximum of five (5) Game Plays and up to 50 grand prize entries per day. When players receive a duplicate game piece, they will collect one (1) bonus grand prize entry. Game Plays may be accumulated throughout the promotion and do not need to be played on the day they were earned. When a player collects all three (3) of the required game pieces that correspond with the prize, the player wins the designated prize.

The last day to earn Game Plays (Dice Rolls) and Grand Prize entries through ticket entry or alc.ca purchases is June 9, 2024 at 23:59:59 Atlantic Time. Players will have until June 10, 2024 at 23:59:59 Atlantic time to use their remaining game plays (“dice rolls”) before the promotion closes. Players will have until June 11, 2024 at 23:59:59 to complete the prize claim form of any unclaimed gift card prizes.

COLLECT & GO BONUS CHALLENGE

To earn bonus Game Plays (Dice Rolls) and grand prize entries, players can earn tokens when they play each of the three channel offerings to earn one (1) bonus Game Plays (Dice Roll) and 10 bonus grand prize entries into the grand prize draw. Players can collect up to 5 (5) sets of tokens for a maximum of 5 bonus Game Plays (Dice Rolls) and 50 (50) bonus grand prize entries. The amount spent is cumulative for the collectibles and will carry over to the next set of tokens when the specific thresholds have been met per player/province.

For New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Nova Scotia, players must wager or spend $5 on the Scratch’N Win ticket; $3 on Instant Wins; and $10 on iCasino to earn each token. For Prince Edward Island, iCasino is not available. Therefore, PEI residence can earn collectibles by spending or wagering $5 on the Scratch’N Win ticket and $6 on Instant Wins.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE- VIDEO LOTTERY (NEW BRUNSWICK & NEWFOUNDAND)

To enter the Atlantic Lottery MONOPOLY contest through Video Lottery game play, this is done via ballot entry. To receive a ballot entry, this requires a player to complete a bonus round of MONOPOLY Jackpot Station at a Video Lottery location in New Brunswick or Newfoundland and Labrador. The player is then required to log into their alc.ca account via the MONOPOLY Contest landing page and then either scan the VLT (Video Lottery Terminal) ballot barcode on a mobile device or manually enter the unique VLT ballot number. For each VLT ballot entered via the MONOPOLY Contest landing page, the players account will earn five (5) Game Plays (Dice Rolls) and Grand Prize entries.

An entrant must be 19 years or older and be a resident of New Brunswick or Newfoundland and Labrador.

GAME PIECES

There will be eight (8) prizes that correspond with a set of three (3) of game pieces. Each prize line will include a set of three (3) unique game pieces that players must collect to win that prize. The game piece game board will randomly highlight game piece icons until the final game piece is highlighted. When all three (3) game piece icons are activated (not faded), the player has successfully earned that piece and the corresponding prize.

Each prize line will have one (1) limited game piece. Each limited game piece has a predetermined quantity outlined in the table below. Only those stated with an equivalent cash prize can be claimed as cash.

Game Pieces are distributed by a random computer-generated time for the promotion period based on the quantity available. Players who earn duplicate game pieces will receive one (1) bonus Grand Prize draw entry for every duplicate earned.

GRAND PRIZE DRAW

There will be one random grand prize draw at the end of the MONOPOLY Contest.

The Grand Prize draw will take place June 21^st, 2024 (or as soon as possible thereafter).

DRAWS AND PRIZES

1. Players can win only one (1) prize within each prize line. Players are eligible to win multiple prize lines plus the Grand Prize.
2. There will be one (1) Grand Prize draw at the end of the promotion. Players can earn Grand Prize entries the following ways:
   1. Players can earn up to fifty (50) Grand Prize draw entries per day based on 2Chance earn rates.
   2. Players can earn one (1) bonus Grand Prize entry for each duplicate game piece earned.
   3. Players will receive one (1) free game play (Dice Roll) when they create or login to their alc.ca account.
3. There are 8 prize lines (prizes and quantities in game piece section above).
4. Prizes are non-transferrable.

RANDOM DRAWS AND ODDS

The Grand Prize is ten thousand dollars ($10,000). The Grand Prize draw will take place June 21, 2024 (or as soon as possible thereafter). The odds of winning the prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. All draws adhere to the draw procedures established for the draw by Atlantic Lottery.

PRIZE FULFILLMENT

Atlantic Lottery (AL) will attempt to contact the potential winners within 7-10 business day after the potential winner have won a game piece prize (Grand Prize Winner and LG TV). Winners will be notified by phone or email. If AL is not able to contact the potential winner after seven (7) days after initial attempt, AL shall have the right to disqualify the potential winner and the entry drawn immediately after the disqualified entry for the prize will be eligible to win the prize that otherwise would have been awarded for the previously selected entry.

For the gift card prizes (MasterCard, Esso, Amazon, Tim Hortons), winners

INSTANT GIFT CARD PRIZES:

When a participant becomes the “eligible” winner he/she will be provided a with an on-screen “Winner!” message. The message will direct him/her to complete the prize claim form, verify and or update personal information, correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question and click on the Accept & Submit button.

Atlantic Lottery is not responsible for lost, stolen gift card codes as a result of the participant not correctly verifying and or updating their email address.

Once the participant has submitted their prize claim form, an email will be sent to the participant from promotionsgroup@mail.alc.ca. The email will include details of the prize won. The participant can also locate their prize details in their 2Chance history.

If the eligible participant does not claim the instant prize as described above before the Contest entry closing time on June 11, 2024 at 23:59:59 AST, the entrant waives his/her rights to the instant prize and that instant prize will not be awarded, and Atlantic Lottery has no responsibility to award a substitute prize to that eligible entrant.

Instant prizes not awarded or claimed by June 11, 2024 at 23:59:59 AST, will be null and void and not awarded.

PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY

This offer is sponsored by Atlantic Lottery (AL) and is open to residents of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward Island, who are nineteen (19) years of age or older and reside in Atlantic Canada, except for employees of Atlantic Lottery and any Agency of Record affiliated including immediate family of the aforementioned. ‘Immediate Family’ means the spouse, sibling, parent and/or child of an employee referred to above who resides with that employee.

Please note: Any individual who has falsified their registration information will be ineligible to receive their prize upon winning.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To obtain a game play online code (“No Purchase Code”) for one game play (“Dice Roll”), an eligible entrant must send a request in writing, including: (a) the entrant’s first and last name, age, and valid email address associated to the entrant’s alc.ca account; and, (b) a reasonable, unique and original hand drawn facsimile of the Monopoly logo (with or without Mr. Monopoly) by mailing the request (in an envelope with sufficient Canadian postage) to: Atlantic Lottery Corporation - P.O. HOW TO ENTER

1. Update a Wager Limit on alc.ca to be entered for a chance to win a YETI prize pack. Receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw for a chance to win.
2. Update a Session Time Limit on alc.ca to be entered for a chance to win a YETI prize pack. Receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw for a chance to win.
3. All players who updated a Wager Limit or a Session Time Limit during the contest period are eligible to win.
4. Players must have the limit(s) set at the close time of the contest to qualify for the draw.
5. Participants can earn up to two (2) entries during the contest period. Participants need to complete both actions (update Wager Limit and update Session Time Limit) to receive two (2) entries.

PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY

1. The contest is sponsored by Atlantic Lottery Corporation and is open to residents of New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island, who are nineteen (19) years of age or older and reside in Atlantic Canada at the time of entry and draw with the following exceptions: Current employees of Atlantic Lottery Corporation (including Red Shores Racetrack & Casino), or of any promotional agency involved with this promotion, and any Immediate Family members of any of these employees, which employees and their Immediate Family members shall be ineligible to participate in and/or claim any reimbursable prize for this contest.
   1. “Immediate Family” means the spouse, sibling, parent and/or child of an employee referred to above who resides with that employee.
2. To be eligible for the draw, the Wager Limit and/or Session Time Limit must be set at contest close on June 9, 2024 at 23:59:59. Players must have a valid alc.ca account.
3. ALC, in its complete discretion, may disqualify an alc.ca member from participation in this contest and/or may refuse to award a prize under this contest to the player if that player’s membership on alc.ca is, or at any point throughout the Contest Period has been, suspended.
4. Any individual who has falsified their registration information will be ineligible to receive any prize upon winning.

NO PURCHASE ENTRY

No purchase is necessary to enter the Healthy Play Bonus Draw.

DRAWS AND PRIZES

1. The draw will take place on June 18, 2024, or as soon as possible thereafter. All draws adhere to the draw procedures established for the draw by Atlantic Lottery.
2. An Atlantic Lottery representative will contact the potential winner via phone or email. Atlantic Lottery Corporation (ALC) will attempt to contact the potential winner within one (1) business day after the draw (or as soon as possible thereafter).
3. If the potential winner has not contacted ALC within 7 days of being contacted, ALC shall have the right to disqualify the potential winner and the next potential winner will be contacted. ALC shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard.
4. Government issued photo identification must be provided for proof of identification and age. If the winner is under the age of 19, they will be disqualified, and the next potential winner will be contacted.
5. Winner must provide the completed release form issued by Atlantic Lottery, proof of identification and Payment Option form in person or via scanner or fax machine within seven (7) days of being contacted; failure to do this will result in the winner waiving his/her right to the prize. The release form and prize form must be completed before any prize is issued by Atlantic Lottery.

ODDS OF WINNING

On June 18, 2024 (or as soon as possible thereafter) a random draw will be conducted for the prize from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The odds of winning the prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
