CONTEST PERIOD

The "Days of Summer" contest begins July 11, 2022 at 09:00:00 Atlantic time and ends September 5, 2022 at 23:59:59 Atlantic time. The last day to earn Game Plays and Grand Prize entries through ticket entry or alc.ca purchases is September 4, 2022 at 23:59:59 Atlantic Time. Players will have until September 5, 2022 at 23:59:59 Atlantic time to use their Game Plays before the contest closes.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Participants must have a valid alc.ca account and reside in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island or Newfoundland and Labrador.

Each player will start out with one Free Game Play. Players can tap or click on the Play Now button to activate the collectible game board at which point a random collectible icon (game piece) will be highlighted for a prize type. Game Plays may be accumulated throughout the contest and do not need to be played on the day they were earned. A Game Play earns the player one collectible (game piece) and one grand prize entry.

Players can earn "Game Plays" based on the current 2Chance earn rates. Note Casino is available for residents of New Brunswick only for the Days of Summer contest.

Each game play earns one collectible. Players can earn a maximum of two (2) game plays per day plus 1 additional game play per day when you play the featured game of the day.

When a player collects all the required collectibles (game piece) in a game line, the player wins the designated prize.

Each game play earns one grand prize entry. Players can earn a maximum of fifty (50) Grand Prize entries per day based on 2Chance earn rates plus up to 10 additional bonus grand prize entries per day when you play the featured game of the day. Players can also earn 1 grand prize entry for every duplicate collectible (game piece) they receive. Unplayed Game Plays carry over day to day until the contest is over.

Players who play on alc.ca will earn their game plays and grand prize entries the following day by 6:00am AT

The last day to earn Game Plays and Grand Prize entries through ticket entry or alc.ca purchases is September 4, 2022 at 23:59:59 Atlantic Time. Players will have until September 5, 2022 at 23:59:59 Atlantic time to use their Game Plays before the contest closes.

COLLECTIBLES

There will be six (6) collectible prize lines to be won. Each prize line will include a set of three (3) unique collectible icons that players must collect to win that prize. Each prize line will include a set number of prizes to be won.

When the Game Play icon is activated the collectible game board will randomly highlight collectible icons until the final collectible is highlighted.

Each prize line will have one (1) limited collectible (game piece). Each limited collectible (game piece) has a predetermined quantity outlined in the table below. Only those stated with an equivalent cash prize can be claimed as cash.

Limited collectibles (game pieces) are distributed by a random computer-generated time for the contest period based on the quantity available. Non-Limited collectibles (game pieces) are distributed by a random computer-generated time.

Players who earn duplicate collectibles (game piece) will receive one (1) bonus Grand Prize draw entry for every duplicate earned.

GRAND PRIZE DRAW

There will be one random grand prize draw at the end of the contest.

The Grand Prize draw will take place September 7th, 2022 (or as soon as possible thereafter).

FEATURED GAME/CATEGORY OF THE DAY

There will be a featured game or category of games (e.g. Scratch'N Win, Draw, Instant Wins or Casino) for each day of the contest. By playing the featured game or category, players can earn one (1) additional Game Play plus up to a maximum of ten (10) bonus Grand Prize draw entries based on the 2Chance earn rates. Each day players will have until 11:59:59 PM AT to enter their featured game tickets or play the featured game/category on alc.ca to earn a bonus game play and bonus grand prize entries.

Players must meet the minimum spend requirement based on 2Chance earn rates in order to qualify for a bonus Game Play or Grand Prize draw entry.

All players receive the same featured game per day except for players in New Brunswick. Players in New Brunswick will have the option to play a featured Casino game or featured Instant Wins games on the designated days.

DRAWS AND PRIZES

1. Players can win only one (1) prize within each prize line. Players are eligible to win multiple prize lines plus the Grand Prize.
2. There will be one (1) Grand Prize draw at the end of the contest. Players can earn Grand Prize entries the following ways:
   1. Players can earn up to fifty (50) Grand Prize draw entries per day based on 2Chance earn rates;
   2. Players can earn one (1) bonus Grand Prize entry for each duplicate collectible earned;
   3. Players can earn up to ten (10) bonus Grand Prize draw entries per day, based on current earn rates, when they play the featured game or game category of the day;
   4. New 2Chance/alc.ca members will receive a one time offer of one hundred (100) bonus Grand Prize draw entries with account validation. New 2Chance/alc.ca members must login to the Days of Summer contest to qualify for the 100 Grand Prize bonus entries.
3. There are 6 prize lines (prizes and quantities in collectible section above). Only those stated with an equivalent cash prize can be claimed as cash.
4. Prizes are non-transferrable.

RANDOM DRAWS AND ODDS

The Grand Prize is fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).

The Grand Prize draw will take place September 7th, 2022 (or as soon as possible thereafter).

Delivery of Prizes for the Contest

Atlantic Lottery (AL) will attempt to contact the potential winners within 7-10 business day after the potential winnesr have won a collectible prize. If AL is not able to contact the potential winner after seven (7) days after initial attempt, AL shall have the right to disqualify the potential winner, the entry drawn immediately after the disqualified entry for the prize will be eligible to win the prize that otherwise would have been awarded for the previously selected entry.

Winners will be notified by phone or email.

PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY

This offer is sponsored by Atlantic Lottery (AL) and is open to residents of New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island, who are nineteen (19) years of age or older and reside in Atlantic Canada, with the exception of employees of Atlantic Lottery and any Agency of Record affiliated including immediate family of the aforementioned. ‘Immediate Family' means the spouse, sibling, parent and/or child of an employee referred to above who resides with that employee.

Please note: Any individual who has falsified their registration information will be ineligible to receive their prize upon winning.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Upon request, Atlantic Lottery will provide an online code that can be entered into the site to earn one game play and one grand prize bonus entry. Players can obtain this by sending a 200-word description of what they would do if they won the $50,000 Days of Summer Grand Prize draw. All requests for an online entry must be received by Atlantic Lottery no later than August 22, 2022. Limit of one request per day. GENERAL RULES

3. Grand Prize draw portion only: The chance of winning is dependent on the number of entries received for each contest draw.

8. Atlantic Lottery Corporation has the right, at its sole discretion, to make prize substitutions of equivalent kind and value in the event of unavailability of any specified prize for reasons beyond Atlantic Lottery Corporation's control. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
9. Winner must accept prizes as awarded.
10. By entering this promotion, winners agree to allow Atlantic Lottery Corporation and its agents to publish, and/or broadcast their name, likeness, addresses, voices, statements and submitted photographs without compensation other than the prize awarded. The grand prize winner will be required to execute a consent allowing publication and/or broadcast of their name, likeness, voice, statements and photographs without compensation.

All entries become the property of Atlantic Lottery Corporation who assume no responsibility for garbled, illegible, lost, late, delayed, destroyed or misdirected mail, voice messages, e-mail or any computer errors or malfunctions. No contest entries will be entered into except with entries selected as potential winners. ALC reserves their right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or to be acting in violation of these official rules and regulations or otherwise in a disruptive manner.
12. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. By entering this contest, each entrant consents to the collection, use and distribution of his/her personal information (information that identifies an entrant as an individual, such as home telephone number, age and home address) by ALC for the purposes of implementing, administering and fulfilling this contest. ALC will not sell or transmit this information to third parties except for the purposes of administering this contest. ALC is committed to ensuring the privacy of its players and taking all of the necessary precautions to ensure player information is safeguarded. In all cases, information is retained in secure facilities and protected from unauthorized access. ALC will only use or disclose player information for the specific purposes for which it was collected, unless required by law, and will only retain the information long enough to fulfill these purposes, after which time it will be securely destroyed.
13. Atlantic Lottery Corporation is not responsible for commencing, continuing or completing the "Days of Summer" contest or awarding any prize in the event of circumstances beyond the control of Atlantic Lottery Corporation.
14. All draws will adhere to the draw procedures established for the draw by Atlantic Lottery Corporation.
15. These official rules govern the promotion and must be followed. In the event of any discrepancy between these official rules and any other material, these rules prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
